Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being. Coaches work with you to build on your strengths and support you in creating sustainable plans to achieve your wellness goals related to physical activity, sleep, healthy eating, time management, stress management, and coping skills.
MBSR Spring Cohort Registration
Looking to reduce stress and build a mindfulness practice with other like-minded folks? Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week program that uses meditation, movement, and science-backed resources to help you cultivate mindfulness in a supportive and reflective space.
Reclaiming Your Canvas: Art-Focused Survivor Support Group
Reclaiming Your Canvas is a six-week, art-focused support group for 桃子视频APP students who identify as survivors of sexual violence, stalking, or intimate partner violence. Through engagement in various forms of creative expression, this group will offer a space to explore the nature of survivorship and the self through non-verbal processing. HPaW Opioid Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Training
This interested in learning how to administer Narcan (naloxone). Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of an opioid overdose, identify when it is appropriate to use Narcan, learn how to administer Narcan to an individual they believe is experiencing an overdose, and identify additional emergency steps to take. All attendees will receive a two-pack of Narcan after completing the training. Spring 2025 trainings available NOW!
Preparing for 'Cats on Campus
In preparation for moving data to our new platform, , students should update their Wildcat Connection accounts to include any new organizations they have joined and remove any groups they are no longer a part of by navigating to ‘my organizations’. Cats on Campus will be a helpful tool for managing everything you’re involved in outside of class, including memberships, affiliations, and activities.

Come see the ASLA Peer Tutors for help with a variety of courses! You can find them Sunday through Thursday at Schapiro Hall, Shepard Hall, Elder Lounge, the Multicultural Center, and the GSRC.
